It consists of key parts such as vacuum chamber, impregnation tube, rising tube, falling tube, etc. The design focuses on sealing and thermal efficiency, and adopts high-temperature-resistant and erosion-resistant materials to ensure that it can efficiently remove impurities and gases in the molten steel and enhance the purity of molten steel, providing a solid guarantee for the production of high-quality steel, which plays an important role in the refining process of iron and steel.

Dunson was undertaken in 2013 and was responsible for the detailing of the main roof, which is the most complex part of the project, weighing about 11,000 tons.

The external skeleton needed to be wrapped into a central teardrop field, creating some complex connections. We undertook the project in 2014 and completed it in 2016, with a total of approximately 30,000 tons of detailed design.

Flower Town pedestrian bridge was completed on December 30, 2018 for traffic. With a total length of 102.5 meters, the main bridge is 6.3 meters wide, the stairway is 3.3 meters wide, and there is a 0.6-meter wide bike lane in the stairway. It connects Holland Flower Town and Zhongshan Park, providing convenience for people traveling to and from the park, and has become a beautiful landscape on Shennan Avenue.

In this project, Wuhan Dunxin is mainly responsible for the deepening design of the steel structure of the main part, part of the node calculation and BIM coordination. All the deepening design was done in Tekla Structures.

Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning Exhibition Hall (referred to as “Shenzhen two museums”), is one of the four major cultural buildings in Shenzhen, the project has a total land area of 29,688 square meters, 2 underground floors, 5 floors above ground. The museum body includes 3 major parts: flower, public square and base, which is composed of a large number of tilted and twisted rotating surfaces. Our company undertook the project in 2014, and completed the steel structure detail design of about 18,000 tons.
